COMPACK SUBSTATION ( CSS ):

COMPACT TYPE SUB-STATION IS USED FOR FEEDING POWER BY ACQUIRING MINIMUM SPACE, PREFERABLY AT ROOF TOP OF THE BUILDING OR PORTABLE TYPE FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES. THEY ARE EASY TO INSTALL, USUALLY MOUNTED ON SKID FRAME OR CHANNELS, WITH LIFTING HOOKS OR PORTABLE TROLLEY AS PER CUSTOMERS DEMAND THE COMPACT TYPE SUBSTATION IS COMPARTMENTALIZED WITH SUITABLE MEDIUM VOLTAGE, LOW VOLTAGE SECTIONS & TRANSFORMER SECTION WITH SEPARATE DOORS FOR EACH COMPARTMENT. THE DOORS ARE SECURED WITH DOUBLE POINT GODREJ TYPE CLOSING DEVICE WITH FLUSH-MOUNTED HANDLES FOR PADLOCKING AND THE COMPLETE UNIT IS DESIGNED OUTDOOR/INDOOR TYPE AS PER CUSTOMERS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

UNITIZED SUBSTATION ( USS ):

PSS (Package Substation) or USS (Unitized Substation) Transformer from 200 KVA to 2000 KVA in 11 KV Class. These Package Substations are largely required for fire hazardous and compact places.

A unitized substation is a compact arrangement, which simplifies conventional substation design. Substation housing is divided into three compartments i.e. the HV Compartment, the Transformer Compartment and the LV Compartment.
